Refund policy

We will accept returns and exchanges up to 7 days after the item is delivered on most items. Custom/ personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Buyer must return the item within 7 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with the seller) if an item isn’t returned in its original condition.
